These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, educational guidance, consultation, language preparation support, admission assistance, and related services. By accessing our website, submitting an application, booking a consultation, making a payment, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. 1. About Our Services Al Azhar USA provides educational guidance and support services to students interested in pursuing academic opportunities related to Al-Azhar University in Cairo, Egypt. Our services may include: Arabic language preparation guidance Academic eligibility assessment High school equivalency guidance Application and admission support Document preparation assistance Student consultation Enrollment guidance Pre-arrival and post-arrival support Other related educational support services Specific services may vary depending on the applicant’s academic background, nationality, location, eligibility, and selected program. 2. Admission Is Not Guaranteed Al Azhar USA may assist students throughout the preparation and application process; however, we do not guarantee admission, enrollment, visa approval, academic placement, or acceptance into any particular program. Final admission and academic decisions are made by the relevant educational institution and authorities. Al-Azhar’s official international-student information confirms that foreign-student admission is subject to academic equivalency and other applicable enrollment requirements. 3. Applicant Responsibilities Applicants are responsible for providing complete, accurate, current, and authentic information. This includes, where applicable: Full legal name Valid passport information Academic certificates Transcripts Identification documents Contact information Language-related information Supporting documents requested during the application process Applicants must not submit false, altered, misleading, or fraudulent information. Al-Azhar’s official guidance for international applicants states that applicants are responsible for the accuracy of information and documents submitted during registration. 4. Academic Eligibility Eligibility may vary depending on: Previous education Type of secondary-school qualification Certificate equivalency Selected faculty or program Arabic language ability Current university requirements Applicable governmental or institutional regulations Students who do not currently meet direct admission requirements may require additional academic preparation or an equivalency pathway. Official Al-Azhar guidance indicates that requirements for foreign students differ depending on the type and equivalency of their secondary-school qualifications. 5. Arabic Language Requirements Applicants may be required to demonstrate or develop an appropriate level of Arabic proficiency depending on their academic pathway and current institutional requirements. Language preparation, placement, duration, assessment, and certification requirements may vary. Students should not assume that participation in a language preparation program automatically guarantees university admission. 6. Fees and Payments Fees may apply for services such as: Consultation Application assistance Language preparation Document processing Academic pathway support Administrative services Other educational support services All applicable fees will be communicated to the student before payment whenever reasonably possible. Students are responsible for reviewing the service details and applicable charges before completing payment. University tuition, government fees, visa fees, travel expenses, accommodation, document authentication costs, and other third-party charges may be separate from Al Azhar USA service fees unless explicitly stated otherwise. Al-Azhar’s official information for self-funded international applicants states that students are responsible for applicable tuition, residence, and travel expenses. 7. Refunds and Cancellations Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased and the stage at which the service has been delivered. Certain fees may become non-refundable once: Consultation has been completed Document review has started Application processing has begun Third-party fees have been paid Language classes or educational services have commenced Administrative work has already been performed Any separate Refund Policy published on our website will form part of these Terms & Conditions. 8. Processing Times Any processing time provided by Al Azhar USA is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise. Processing may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including: University processing periods Document verification Government procedures Embassy requirements Academic equivalency decisions Visa processing Public holidays Changes in institutional policies Missing or incorrect applicant documents We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties or circumstances outside our reasonable control. 9. University Rules and Policy Changes Admission requirements, academic regulations, fees, programs, procedures, deadlines, and documentation requirements may change. Applicants are responsible for complying with the requirements applicable at the time their application is processed. For example, Al-Azhar currently publishes different document requirements for international applicants applying from inside and outside Egypt. Where official university information conflicts with general information displayed on our website, the applicable official institutional requirements should be treated as authoritative. 10. Visa and Immigration Matters Where we provide visa-related information or assistance, such support is provided for general guidance and administrative assistance only unless explicitly stated otherwise. We cannot guarantee: Visa issuance Entry permission Residence permits Immigration approval Embassy decisions Final decisions remain with the relevant government, embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. 11. Third-Party Services Our services may involve third parties, including educational institutions, payment processors, document-processing services, accommodation providers, transportation services, or other service providers. Third-party services may be governed by their own terms, policies, fees, and procedures. Al Azhar USA is not responsible for actions, delays, interruptions, or decisions of independent third parties that are outside our reasonable control. 12. Relationship With Al-Azhar University References to Al-Azhar University, its programs, academic requirements, or services are used in connection with helping students understand and pursue relevant educational pathways. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as giving Al Azhar USA authority to guarantee, override, or independently make admission or academic decisions on behalf of Al-Azhar University. Any specific institutional affiliation, authorization, partnership, or representation should be understood only as expressly stated in official documentation. 13. Intellectual Property Unless otherwise stated, the content created for the Al Azhar USA website—including text, graphics, layouts, designs, branding elements, and original educational materials—may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, or commercially exploited without permission. Third-party names, trademarks, logos, photographs, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. 14.
